You may be able change or cancel your order by calling our Customer Service team at +61 8 9244 3055.

Please note we aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible, so we will not be able to make any changes to your order if our logistics team has already actioned it

The estimated time of arrival on orders for Perth Metro, if stock is available, is next working day delivery for orders received before noon. Orders outside of Perth Metro may take upto 5-7 dependant on stock and freight carriers. Our team will inform you of any time concerns or delays.

Shipping

Subject to these terms and conditions, Stanlee will supply you the products indicated on your order confirmation.

Allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery of in-stock items within the Perth Metropolitan Area.

Allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery of in-stock items within the West Australian Country areas.

Allow up to 14 working days for delivery of in-stock items outside of West Australia. Outside-of-Australia purchases will be subject to international freight carriers.

Delivery times and schedules may vary based on consignment type and size. Stanlee cannot guarantee an exact delivery date/time for orders and will not be held liable for matters out of our control, which result in delays in transportation or delivery of goods.

You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and their expected availability date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for supply and despatch – inclusive of special buy-in products.

We may use Australia Post, other courier and parcel services and Perth-metro based courier companies. Goods will be in a saleable condition upon despatch, and Stanlee Hospitality Supplies will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by parties other than ourselves. Stanlee does not provide Insurance for freight unless specifically requested and paid for by the customer. Freight is charged per carton based on standard freight rates from our couriers, and may vary based on carton sizes and weight and destination. Standard starting freight rates are:

WA – Perth Metro = $30.00 (ex-GST)

All other Areas Outside of Perth Metro Area – Freight will be calculated separately once the order is packed to determine the most economical rate and you will be contacted before despatch.

Note that freight rates may be subject to fluctuation. In case there are any changes you will be contacted by a member of the Stanlee sales team before you are charged for your order. Customers can opt to use and arrange for their couriers to deliver goods.

Cost of metro shipping in Perth WA is $30 plus GST.
Cost of Shipping is based on where you would like your order sent and the weight and dimensions of the stock you have ordered.

Orders sent to Country WA or other states are sent an email with tracking when the order has been booked in for despatch. Perth Metro customers are told at the time of the order how long their stock will take to get delivered.

We are more than happy to arrange split shipments for you but this may incur additional freight charges.

We do not offer Insurance on freight.

Payments and Returns

We invoice your order only when the stock is ready to be despatched from our warehouse DC in Osborne Park.

Payment options:

We accept Visa and Master cards ( Surcharges do apply on some credit cards ).

You may also pay via direct deposit if this is more suitable and would need to contact our office on 08 9244 3055 or info@stanlee.com.au to arrange this.

As wholesalers, Stanlee does not have returns or exchange policy for incorrectly ordered items or change of mind. Returns will be only recognised if there are genuine product problems related to manufacturing defects – not user misuse. Stanlee must cite goods in question for any refund, credit or exchange to be approved.

Any transactions or credits granted for incorrectly ordered products are soley at the discretion of Stanlee. All goods must be returned to Stanlee at the customers cost and will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee before exchanges are arranged.

Any goods returned in a condition other than their original one, or not in the original packaging, or if they have been used will not be accepted for credit. The restocking fee will also apply to customers who have been charged and collect their goods at the Stanlee warehouse.

If your faulty/defective product is still under warranty, please contact a member of Stanlee’s team so they can guide you to the best channels for warranty or service care.

Claims under warranty will be to the discretion of Stanlee or the manufacturer to determine that fault is a genuine product defect, not user misuse.
