Terms & Conditions

Within these terms and conditions, 'we', 'us', 'Stanlee', 'Stanlee WA' and 'Stanlee Hospitality Supplies' means EAE Holdings Pty Ltd (Trading as 'Stanlee Hospitality Supplies') and 'you' means the customer. These terms and conditions, along with the order, constitute the entire contract between Stanlee and the customer for the supply of goods. No other terms and conditions will apply and the contract cannot be altered unless agreed to in writing by Stanlee.  
 
Images on this website are for reference only and measurements are nominal. Manufacturing processes and/or adjustments may result in product variations from those listed or displayed. Products on this website may be discontinued without prior notice. Whilst Stanlee makes reasonable attempts to present accurate information on this website and in any Stanlee publications, this website and publications may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors or may not be current or complete. Stanlee therefore reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, update information, and make changes to the website and publications without prior notice (including after orders have been submitted). If a change does affect your order, a Stanlee representative will contact you where you can choose to continue with, alter or cancel your order. Errors, inaccuracies, omissions and changes may relate to, but not limited to, product descriptions, prices and product availability. Stanlee WA reserves the right to limit or change order quantities after an order has been submitted. If this occurs a Stanlee representative will contact you where you can choose to continue with, alter or cancel your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. 
Placing your Order:
You may place an order by adding products the 'Shopping Cart' on Stanlee website and by clicking the 'Submit' button. Once your order has been placed, you will be issued with an order confirmation via email which will contain an order number. By placing an order with Stanlee, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. All information detailed on our website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information should be deemed to, or constitutes, an offer by us to supply any goods - however, Stanlee will make every effort to supply your selected products to you. Stanlee will not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures to prevent credit card fraud. Stanlee reserves the right to refuse orders and remove or edit content to our discretion. 
 
Prices:
All prices listed on our website, unless specified, will exclude GST. 10% GST charges will be applied to goods as you proceed to checkout. Stanlee reserves the right to periodically update prices on our website to reflect supplier costs, import taxes, transport rates and any other miscellaneous costs. All prices may be subject to market fluctuations and if there are any price changes which affect your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Stanlee WA sales team before you are charged.
 
Payment Methods and Processing:
The checkout and account areas of the Stanlee website are secured with SPNET encryption. This technology  ensures that your credit card number and personal data are protected and should not be sent over the Internet unencrypted. You as the customer  must be aware that Stanlee will not be responsible if your credit card is compromised elsewhere. Stanlee only can accept payment from Visa and MasterCard.
 
Delivery and Postage:
Subject to these terms and conditions, Stanlee will supply you the products indicated on your order confirmation. 
  1. Allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery of in-stock items within the Perth Metropolitan Area.
  2. Allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery of in-stock items within the West Australian Country areas.
  3. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery of in-stock items outside of West Australia.
  4. Outside-of-Australia purchases will be subject to international freight carriers.

Delivery times and schedules may vary based on consignment type and size. Stanlee cannot guarantee an exact delivery date/time for orders and will not be held liable for matters out of our control which result in delays in transportation or delivery of goods. 

You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected availability date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for despatch.

We use Australia Post and Perth-metro based courier companies. Goods will be in saleable condition upon despatch and Stanlee WA will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by parties other than ourselves. Stanlee does not provide insurance for freight unless specifically requested and paid for by the customer. Freight is charged per carton based on standard freight rates from our couriers, and may vary based on carton sizes and weight and/or destination. Standard starting freight rates are: 

WA – Perth/ Metro = $15.00 (ex-GST)
WA – Non-Metro = starting at $34.54 (ex-GST)
Other States (Capital Cities) = starting at $40.91 (ex-GST)
Other States (Non-Metro) = starting at $52.50 (ex-GST)
Outside Australia (International) = Determined upon order.

Note that freight rates may be subject to fluctuation. In case there are any changes you will be contacted by a member of the Stanlee sales team before you are charged for your order. Customers can opt to use and arrange for their own couriers to deliver goods.

Returns and Exchange Policy:
Stanlee does not have a returns or exchange policy for incorrectly ordered items or change of mind. Returns will be only recognised if there are genuine product problems related to manufacturing defects – not user misuse. Stanlee must cite goods in question for any refund, credit or exchange to be approved. Any exchanges or credits granted for incorrectly ordered goods are solely to the discretion of Stanlee. All goods must be returned back to Stanlee at the customers cost and will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee, before exchanges are arranged. Any goods returned in a condition other than their original, not in original packaging, or if they have been used will not be accepted. The re-stocking fee will also apply to customers who have been charged and collect their goods at the Stanlee warehouse. If your faulty/defective product is still under warranty, please contact a member of Stanlee's team so they can guide you to the best channels for warranty or servicing claims. Claims under warranty will be to the discretion of Stanlee WA or the manufacturer to determine that fault is a genuine product defect, not user misuse.
